We are both a wholesale and retail supplier of oven bottom muffins, bread, cakes and pies, made to our own traditional recipes. We supply to a wide range of local business, including 3 major outlets on the ‘world famous’ Bury market.

Also, we provide buffets both small and large for business meetings, weddings, christenings and funerals. Our particular speciality is our pie and pea suppers, delivered hot from the baker’s oven, to your function.

All of our bread is handmade with patience, skill and the best ingredients, baked to the highest standards you’d expect of a bakers with our experience. We love what we bake, and we do all we can for you and your customers to love it as much as we do!

Cakes & Confectionery

For nearly 30 years, Ernills has been making delicious wholesale cakes and traybakes, by hand, for coffee shops, cafes and retailers across the North West. All our cakes are scratch-baked (we don’t use mixes) using high quality, trusted ingredients.

Pies & Pasties

Our pies and pasties are made and baked fresh each day in the Ernills ovens.

From the opening of the flour bag in the early hours to the packing in boxes mid morning we take pride in the knowledge that our pies and pastys are created with care and attention by our team of workers.
